Absolutely! We welcome adventurers of all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and we provide life jackets in all sizes. For non-swimmers, our guides offer extra attention to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable while enjoying the experience.

Our sunset tours typically depart 1.5 hours before sunset (times vary seasonally). This timing allows you to experience the vibrant Caribbean waters in daylight before witnessing the spectacular color transformation as the sun meets the horizon—perfect for unforgettable photos.

Planning Your Perfect Experience
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance during regular season and 1-2 weeks ahead during peak holiday periods (December-January and July-August). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible—contact us directly to check availability.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours before your scheduled adventure. Weather-related cancellations initiated by our team are always fully refundable or can be rescheduled at your convenience.
Yes! We specialize in creating memorable private experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and family gatherings. Our custom packages can include special touches like champagne toasts at sunset or personalized adventure routes.
Detailed directions are provided in your booking confirmation. Crash Boat Beach is approximately 10 minutes from Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN). We offer convenient meeting points with parking nearby, and can recommend transportation options if you're staying elsewhere on the island.
Tips are not included in our prices. If you enjoyed your experience with our guides, gratuities of 15-20% are appreciated but entirely at your discretion. Your recognition of our team's efforts helps us maintain the highest quality service.
